CHS will have its first report card night Monday Oct. 16, 2017 12p.m.-6 p.m. All 7-9 parents will pick up report cards on the Eliza Miller Campus and all 10-12 parents will pick up at CHS. There will be No School for students.

The Arkansas Dept. of Health will be on administering influenza (Flu) Shots on Oct. 25th and the 26th for the Helena West Helena School District staff and students only. The shots will be administered on the campus your child attends. The school nurses will be assisting with this clinic. The seasonal flu vaccine is not required for children to attend school, but it is highly recommended. Seasonal flu causes children to miss school and their parents to miss work. If you would like for your child to receive this shot please see the school nurse at your students school and fill out the consent form. The injection will only be given to students with a consent. Students will not be able to receive the vaccine without signed parental permission.If you do not have insurance or your insurance company doesn't pay, the shot will be no charge to you. Public Service Announcement: The Helena-West Helena School District will have a meeting Thursday,June 29,2017 to discuss the vision and the direction of the district. The meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the district boardroom located at 305 Valley Drive in Helena. The Public is invited to come and participate.
The Helena-West Helena School District will be accepting bids for Food, Bread and Milk vendor’s to service the Food Service Department for the 2017-18 school year. Bids Specification can be picked up starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 175 Miller Loop, West Helena Ar. Bid openings will be held at the Helena-West Helena Schools Food Service Department. Vendors will be notified by mail of the result.
